We store the platform usernames you add so Creator Replyr knows which comments are yours and can skip them.
We keep a record of your reply activity for 7 days, then it is automatically deleted.
We store your subscription status so we know which plan you are on.
We use this information to run your Creator Replyr account, apply your plan limits, and make sure the tool works correctly for you.
Your platform usernames help Creator Replyr tell the difference between your comments and other people's comments.
Your reply history is stored for 7 days on a rolling basis and then automatically removed.
Overall usage counts may be kept longer for plan limit tracking, but individual reply details are not.
When you use AI replies, the comment text is sent to Google's AI to generate a response. No personal account details are included.
Payments are handled by Razorpay or DodoPayments. We do not store your card details.
We do not sell your data.
We only share information with the services needed to run Creator Replyr, process your payments, or comply with legal requirements.
You can request a copy of your data at any time.
You can delete your account from your dashboard settings or by emailing us.
You can ask us to correct any information we hold about you.
We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe, including access controls and secure infrastructure.
No service can guarantee perfect security, but we keep what we collect to a minimum and protect it carefully.
Creator Replyr is designed to respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.

Creator Replyr uses a small sign-in token to keep you logged in. We do not use any advertising or tracking on the site.
