Rules for using Creator Replyr

These Terms explain how Creator Replyr may be used, what you are responsible for, and how subscriptions work.

Effective date: July 16, 2026

1. What Creator Replyr does

Creator Replyr is a tool that helps creators and businesses reply to comments on social platforms automatically, using your own saved reply templates or AI-written replies.

The tool works through your own browser and your own accounts. You are responsible for how you use it.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Creator Replyr to send spam, fake engagement, harassment, threats, hateful content, or anything illegal.

Every platform has its own rules about automation. You are responsible for staying within those rules on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and anywhere else you use Creator Replyr.

You are responsible for your own account safety, including how often you reply, what you say, and who you reply to.

3. Platform risk

Social platforms may limit or restrict accounts that use automation tools, including Creator Replyr.

We are not responsible if any platform takes action on your account as a result of using Creator Replyr.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on what you choose at checkout.

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges but does not give you a refund for the current billing period.

Pricing and features may change. We will let you know before any major changes.

5. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the service, or use it for harmful activity.

You can stop using Creator Replyr at any time and can request account deletion from your dashboard settings.

6. No warranty

Creator Replyr is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will always work perfectly, that every platform will support it, or that it will produce specific results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Creator Replyr is not liable for lost revenue, lost accounts, lost data, or any other damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
